About Us

Realisation is a dementia awareness project by five Ngee Ann Polytechnic students, Clare, Eunice, Jia Xuan, Linda and Li Qing, from the Diploma of Chinese Media and Communication.

We aim to spark off conversations and bring more attention to dementia through a series of social experiment and videos. We also aim to educate and raise awareness among younger generations with a series of educational videos using social media platforms.

Our background

With Singapore's aging population and the increasing number of people under the age of 65 to be diagnosed with dementia (young-onset dementia), there is a need to raise awareness in the society.
